Fresh Herbs



Maybe this is something that others already do, but I think I’ve had a pretty good idea.  I’ve started cutting fresh herbs and keeping them in vases in the kitchen and dining room.  They smell great, look pretty and provide instant access while I’m cooking.  In my experience, the herbs stay fresh for about two weeks if I change the water every few days.  You could also do this with store bought fresh herbs.
